Once upon a time in the 1920s, construction was taking place on a wider dock in the Bay of Naples, Italy. As workers focused on building the dock on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, something suddenly seemed to come into view, just under the water.

What was under the water was an amazing find: a lost underwater city just under the waves. In the 1920s, Italian fishermen of the area had started to find odd artifacts in their fishing nets. Then they finally reported their findings to archeologists.
